The Soul of Service

UIN Antasari Integrity Zone (ZI) Team received a visit from ZI UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya team in order to Benchmark the Development of Integrity Zone in UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya with the theme Strategy Towards Corruption-Free Area (WBK), Thursday (12/16/2021).

The Dean of FEBI UIN Antasari Dr. H. Sukarni who was also appointed as ZI UIN Antasari Team Leader, conveyed the presentation related to strategies in building integrity zones towards WBK. He said that UIN Antasari as an institution has been awarded WBK since 2017 and is currently struggling towards the title of WBBM.

On the occasion, from many things conveyed related to the strategy to WBK, among the 6 important components that are the focus of ZI implementation, Sukarni emphasized on building the soul of servants, to do this performance there needs to be a campaign to resuscitate human resources in the UIN Antasari environment in providing maximum service to the community. According to him, many institutions failed to go to WBK in terms of HR awareness to provide services. “The point is we have to build the soul of service,” said Sukarni.
